Refund policy

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned in original packaging

  • All tags must remain attached

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and free from stains or odors

  • Items must be in resalable condition

  • Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed

All returns are subject to a quality assessment. If your return does not meet the conditions above, StoreLusso reserves the right to reject the return and send the item back to you.


How do I start a return?

  1. Complete the returns form included in your order

  2. Email us at support@storelusso.com to request the return address

  3. Include the completed form inside your parcel

Important:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Please retain proof of postage, as this may be required in case of any issues

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable

StoreLusso is not responsible for returns that are not received. If proof of postage cannot be provided, we may be unable to process your refund.


How long does it take to process my return?

  • Returns are processed within 7 working days after arrival at our warehouse

  • You will receive confirmation once your return has been received and inspected

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@storelusso.com.

When contacting us, include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Proof of return postage


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at support@storelusso.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item:

  1. Return your original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved
